Mary Coutinho

Mary Coutinho has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Duty Manager for Airport Operations at Etihad Airways since 2005, with responsibilities that include overseeing operations in Karachi. Prior to joining Etihad Airways, Mary worked at Gulf Air from November 1992 to March 2005 as a Customer Services Agent, marking the beginning of a successful career in aviation. Mary holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Literature from Karachi University, which was completed between 1988 and 1991.
