Sheila Macapagal is an experienced HR professional with over two decades of expertise in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as an International Reward and Policy Analyst and HR Business Partner at Etihad Airways since June 2008, Sheila specializes in developing and implementing international HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law.
