Sheila MacApagal

Sheila Macapagal is an experienced HR professional with over two decades of expertise in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as an International Reward and Policy Analyst and HR Business Partner at Etihad Airways since June 2008, Sheila specializes in developing and implementing international HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law. Previous roles include HR Officer at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi, where administrative support and coordination were provided for the HR department, as well as positions as Human Resources Officer at Haribon Foundation, Human Resources Supervisor at ABE International Business College, and Recruitment/Personnel Officer at Moldex Group of Companies. Sheila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from Miriam College, earned between 1991 and 1995.
