Earlier roles included positions as a Pre-Sales Engineer and Technical Customer Service Representative at LINKdotNET and Raya Contact Center, providing troubleshooting and installation support for ADSL connections. Maged holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering & Electronics from Misr University for Science and Technology.
