Wael Atef

Wael Atef has over 30 years of experience in sales operations and customer service, currently serving as the Corporate Sales Operations Manager at Etisalat Misr since January 2007. Wael manages corporate sales operations teams and oversees CRM, as well as Contracts & Bids teams. Previous roles include Customer Support Manager at Etisalat Misr, Off Shoring Manager at Vodafone, and various positions in the travel sector, including Travel Senior Supervisor at Thomas Cook and Travel Supervisor at American Express. Wael started the career as a Senior Travel Consultant at AL SARH TRAVEL & TOURISM. Wael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ain Shams University, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
