Jason Mark Anderman

Jason Mark Anderman is the current Assistant General Counsel at Etsy. Jason has also worked as the Senior Director and Assistant General Counsel at Etsy from November 2018 to October 2021. Before that, they were the Vice President and Senior Counsel at American Express from August 2013 to November 2018. Jason Mark Anderman has experience working in various legal fields such as contract lifecycle and matter management, contract templates knowledge management, and integrations with third party risk and finance systems. Jason Mark Anderman is also experienced in procurement law for finance and strategic sourcing goals. Lastly, they have experience leading all facilities and real estate legal contracts including Covid air filtration vendor standards, distributed workforce supplier arrangements, complex commercial leasing, construction management and design.

Jason Mark Anderman has a Master's in Cultural Anthropology from Duke University, a Juris Doctor and Master's in Law and Cultural Anthropology from Duke University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis. Jason Mark Anderman is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified from Becton, Dickinson & Company.
