Wendy Robison

Head of Global Learning & Engagement at Etsy

Wendy Robison has been working in the field of human resources and learning and development for over 20 years. Wendy has held leadership positions at companies such as Square and Etsy, where they were responsible for developing enterprise-wide learning and development strategy, leading the end-to-end assessment, development, delivery, and evaluation of all company-wide professional development programs and initiatives. During their time at Etsy, Wendy led the search, integration, and launch of Workday Learning LMS and suite of digital learning products, as well as the revision of talent development and assessment strategies as a core member of the working group redesigning Etsy's performance management system. Wendy also significantly revised and relaunched Etsy's employee engagement survey, reducing the number of questions and shifting from an annual to a six-month pulse. Wendy is currently the Head of Global Learning & Engagement at Etsy.

Wendy Robison has a Doctorate from Harvard University in Educational Leadership, Policy and Instructional Practice. Wendy also has a MEd from Harvard University in International Education Policy. For their undergraduate degree, they attended the University of Virginia and studied Foreign Affairs and Religious Studies. Wendy is also certified from the International Coaching Federation in Executive leadership coaching certification (in process).

Their manager is Kim Seymour, Chief Human Resources Officer. They are on a team with and Melinda Cho - Director, HR Systems & Analytics.
