Allen Nguyen

Allen Nguyen has extensive experience in IT support and network management, with a career spanning over a decade in various roles. Currently serving as a Sr. NSC Field Agent at Eurofins since April 2018, Allen oversees the migration of sites to the Eurofins Network and handles the installation and deployment of IT infrastructure and security software. Previous roles include Desktop Support at DiscoverX Corporation, where responsibilities included creating backup images, software upgrades, and troubleshooting, as well as IT Helpdesk Technician at Kaiser Permanente, managing networks and asset logistics. Allen's technical expertise is backed by an Associate's degree in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute and A+ certification from Lanop Corp.
