Hanna Volchak

Hanna Volchak has extensive experience in legal counsel and banking operations, currently serving as Associate Counsel at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) since November 2017, with previous roles including Associate in the Legal Transition Programme and Analyst in the Portfolio Manager of the Operation Administration Department. Prior to joining EBRD, Hanna worked as an Associate at Sorainen, focusing on legal issues related to banking, financial services, and regulation. Hanna holds a Master of Laws in European Economic Law from Stockholm University and has completed a specialized course in German legal terminology at HSB Hochschule Bremen, along with a degree from Belarusian State University.
