Silviya Atanasova

Silviya Atanasova is an experienced professional in project management and evaluation, currently serving as a state expert in the "Programming, monitoring and evaluation" Directorate at the Executive Agency "Programme Education" since August 2023. Previously, Silviya held the position of Evaluation and Monitoring Expert at the European Commission since March 2015, focusing on the evaluation of EU innovation program proposals. With a strong background in leading and managing projects, Silviya worked as the Head of Project Management at Ensi Consult Ltd. from February 2015 to August 2023, and as the Head of Project Management Department at the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association from November 2013 to February 2015. Earlier experience includes a role as Chief Expert at the State Fund Agriculture and as an International Key Account Manager at Reya Fish Ltd. Silviya holds a Master's degree in International Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of National and World Economy.
