Tanguy Specq

Tanguy Specq is an experienced professional in communication and intercultural relations, currently serving as an Agent d'information et de communication at the European Commission in Marseille since March 2024. Previously, Tanguy held the position of Chargé de mission Europe Direct at the Ville de Grenoble from May 2021 to February 2024 and served as Responsable du Centre d'Information Europe Direct, along with roles in website editorial management at the Ville de Clermont-Ferrand from October 2017 to April 2021. Tanguy's background also includes coordinating for ARRICOD from September 2015 to September 2017 and engaging in intercultural training at Service Volontaire International asbl in 2014. Early career experience involved a stage in the mayor's cabinet of Boulogne-sur-Mer focused on decentralized cooperation projects in 2012 and a brief animation assistance role in Narbonne-Plage. Tanguy holds a Master's degree in Relations Interculturelles et Coopération Internationale and a Bachelor's degree in Langues et Cultures Scandinaves from Université Charles-de-Gaulle - Lille 3.
