Tea Jermaniš

Tea Jermaniš is an experienced professional in people and culture, currently serving as a Learning & Development Strategy Trainee at the European Commission since March 2025. Previously, Tea worked at Infinum from November 2021 to February 2025 in various roles, including People & Culture Specialist, where significant contributions were made to employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys, KPI development, and team leader support. Earlier experiences include roles as a Career Counselor at FER, a Recruitment Specialist, and several positions within the European Federation of Psychology Students' Associations. Tea holds a Master's degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing CIPD Qualifications in People Management.
