Alfredo Salmaso

Alfredo Salmaso is an experienced communications and events professional with a strong background in project management and policy advocacy. Currently serving as the External Events Coordinator and Communications and Event Officer at the European Data Protection Supervisor since February 2022, Alfredo manages the organization of events and communications campaigns. Previous roles include Communications Assistant at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity, where responsibilities encompassed website management and visual identity, and advocating for the heat pump industry while developing marketing strategies at the European Heat Pump Association. Alfredo's experience also includes project assistance at the European Investment Bank and the European Parliament, alongside a marketing management position at PIX Italia S.r.l. Alfredo holds a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Diplomacy and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Università degli Studi di Padova.
