Romain Constant

Romain Constant is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate development, particularly in Africa. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Officer for Direct Corporate Lending at EIB Global since August 2023, Romain has held a similar role at the European Investment Bank since November 2017. Previously, Romain spent nearly a decade at Cargill as an M&A/Corporate Development Manager, overseeing investment opportunities and conducting due diligence across global commodity businesses. Romain's earlier experience includes roles as an Accounting Manager and Senior External Auditor at PwC and KPMG, respectively, where Romain specialized in financial statement audits and internal controls. Romain holds a Master's degree in Finance & Economics from HEC Liège.
