European Parliament
Angela Schweizer currently serves as an Advisor to a Vice-President and Member of the Bureau of the European Parliament, a position held since March 2017. In this role, Angela is responsible for monitoring, drafting, and providing advisory duties for a Member of the European Parliament in the AFCO Committee. Prior to this, Angela held the role of Policy Advisor to another Member of the European Parliament, where responsibilities included monitoring and advisory tasks in various Parliamentary Committees and drafting amendments for reports. Angela's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from Freie Universität Berlin, focusing on Migration Studies, Medical Anthropology, and Anthropology of Emotions, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Ethnology from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München.
