Meike May

Meike May currently serves as an Accredited Parliamentary Assistant to MEP Dirk Gotink at the European Parliament, following a tenure as Head of Office for MEP Manfred Weber. Prior experience includes working as a Policy Officer for HSS Europe, where responsibilities involved organizing international conferences and monitoring EU and NATO policy. Meike's background also includes roles as a Non-Resident Fellow and Research Assistant at the Institute for Security Policy at Kiel University, focusing on conflict analysis and crisis management. Additional experience encompasses project coordination for international relations in the Office of the President in Kiel, internships at United Nations OCHA and various organizations, and a strong educational foundation with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in International Politics, International Law, and Social Sciences from Kiel University and Hochschule Fulda, respectively.
