Sonja Palmans

Sonja Palmans has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sonja began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Sales & Marketing at Trends2Com before transitioning to the role of Office Manager. During this time, they also worked as a part-time Bookkeeper. In 2012, they joined Dyka Plastics NV as an Accounts Payable verantwoordelijke.

In 2013, Sonja started working at EuroSys nv as a Boekhoudster. Over the years, they progressed to become a Teamleader in Finance and eventually took on the role of Teamleader in Finance & HR. From January 2020 to September 2021, they served as the Financieel & HR manager. Currently, they hold the position of HR & financieel manager at EuroSys nv.

Aside from their work at EuroSys nv, Sonja Palmans has also ventured into entrepreneurship. Sonja became a Bestuurder at Lean Mean Business, a Business Owner at Flow Consult - Flowr Yoga, and an Ashtanga yoga teacher at Ashtanga Yoga Pelt, all in 2019.

Throughout their career, Sonja has showcased their skills in finance, HR, bookkeeping, and office management. Sonja has demonstrated a strong ability to take on leadership roles and successfully manage teams.

Sonja Palmans has a diverse education history. In 2023, they attended KPNI Belgium and studied Integraal Orthomoleculair therapeut. The following year, in 2022, they also attended KPNI Belgium and focused on Medische Basiskennis volgens de KPNI. In 2021, they participated in HR Masterclass at VKW Limburg by Annelies Bakos (Annelies & Co). Additionally, they completed an advanced training in Deeprelax Yoga Nidra at House of Deeprelax in the same year.

Sonja Palmans also obtained a Certificate of participation in Digital Transformation from Vlerick Business School in 2021. Prior to this, in 2020, they completed a Basic training in Deeprelax Yoga Nidra at House of Deeprelax.

In terms of yoga training, Sonja Palmans completed a 40-hour pre-teacher training and a 200-hour Intensive Ashtanga Yoga Docenten Opleiding at Yogaplace in 2018 and 2019.

Sonja holds a Certificate in Human Resource management from Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen - Vlaamse Autonome Hogeschool, which they obtained in 2018. Before that, Sonja Palmans earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management - Accountancy and Taxation from the same institution, which they completed between 2013 and 2016.

Sonja'seducation history also includes a course in Bookkeeping at Syntra Neerpelt from 2009 to 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Sonja Palmans obtained "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in February 2021 and "77-418: MOS: Microsoft Office Word 2013" from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in January 2015.
