Julian Koetting

Julian Koetting is an experienced professional in human resources and communication, currently serving as the Head of People & Communication at Eurowings Digital since January 2023. Prior to this role, Julian held various leadership positions, including Head of Retail Germany & Austria at The Body Shop from November 2020 to January 2023 and Head of HR Europe & Americas at Esprit from January 2018 to November 2020. Julian's expertise encompasses HR operations across multiple regions, with a focus on Germany, Austria, and Poland, as demonstrated during roles at Abercrombie & Fitch, The Body Shop, and Bayer. Julian holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business/East Asian Management from Cologne Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from HKUST Business School.
