Ronda Ferguson CPA has extensive experience in the finance and accounting industry. Ronda began their career in 1989 as a Senior Manager at Moss Adams. In 1998, they joined BDO USA, LLP as the Apparel Industry Practice Director and Senior Manager. In 2000, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Tag-it Pacific, Inc. (AMEX: TAG). In 2005, they joined Sequential Brands Group (OTC: SQBG) as the Director of Finance for domestic and international apparel licensor and manufacturer, distributor and retailer under the brand names: William Rast, DVS Footwear, Heelys, J. Lindeberg and People’s Liberation. In 2013, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Alpha GRP, Inc. - Global Rallycross. In 2017, they became a Finance and Accounting Consultant at Agility Financial Partners, LLC. In 2018, they were appointed Chief Financial Officer at Saleen Motors International (OTCQB: SLNN). Most recently, in 2020, they joined EV Connect as the VP Finance.

Ronda Ferguson CPA holds a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach. Ronda is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
