Following 2020, which amounted to an unprecedented blow to the events planning industry, eventcore has reinvested in the future by hiring Emerson. The Seattle-based firm specializes in customized technical solutions and professional services for event registration and platform tools. Emerson will step into a leadership role in the sales team, accelerating the company’s revenue by expanding their presence in new verticals and geographies, developing new channel partnerships, and contributing to the company’s marketing and business strategies.

Emerson has accrued more than 16 years of experience in industry sales and leadership experience. Before signing on with evercore, he drove dynamic enterprise sales and led high-performance sales teams at organizations including Certain, Inc., Lanyon Solutions, and Cvent. Cvent was his most recent home; he served as Regional Director of Enterprise Solutions.
