Paul Munro has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Paul began their career as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems in 2008. After that, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Sun Life Financial, followed by roles such as SunAdvantage Service Representative, Group Benefits Specialist, and Account Executive in Group Benefits. In 2015, they joined Medavie Blue Cross as an Account Executive for Corporate Accounts. Paul then moved on to Salesforce in 2017, where they held positions as an Account Executive in Small Business and Business Development in Healthcare & Life Sciences. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, first as a Senior Sales Manager and then as Director of Sales. In 2022, they became the VP of Sales at Intiveo, and as of 2023, they hold the position of Head of Sales at EvenUp.

Paul Munro attended Queen's University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Political Science and Psychology. In addition, Paul Munro obtained several certifications, including a Mutual Funds License from the Investment Funds Institute of Canada in December 2009, a Life License from the Financial Services Commission of Ontario in July 2009, and a Group Benefits Associate certification from Dalhousie University, IFEBP in December 2012.
