Haibei (Happy) Wang serves as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Everbridge. In her role, Happy oversees the worldwide development of Everbridge’s industry-leading Critical Event Management (CEM) software-as-a-services (SaaS) solutions. Everbridge’s integrated suite of CEM solutions provide organizations with the most comprehensive, end-to-end operating environment to manage digital and physical critical events in an increasingly volatile and uncertain global threat landscape, while delivering significant return on investment (ROI) through increased revenue and reduced costs.

With over 20 years’ experience in a variety of engineering, technology, and product leadership roles within Silicon Valley, Happy managed the large-scale applications architecture, rigorous development processes, and predictable delivery for category-leading companies spanning FinTech, consumer, and enterprise including PayPal, ServiceNow and Fortinet.

Happy’s professional success includes building and growing high-performing technology and product teams to drive innovation, business revenue, operational efficiency and market share.

She obtained an Engineering dual degree in China and a Masters degree in Computer Science in the U.S.
