Lee is the Chief Accounting Officer at EverCommerce, responsible for leading and transforming the accounting department through the company’s continued growth initiatives. She is an accomplished finance executive with over 20 years of experience, providing operational and financial leadership. Most recently Lee has led the accounting departments for private equity software companies, integrating multiple acquisitions and restructuring teams in order to scale efficiently and effectively. Lee has significant experience as a Big 4 public accountant with KPMG and Arthur Andersen, serving public and private clients within several business sectors. She is passionate about leading teams with a focus on collaboration, process improvement, communication, and financial excellence.

Lee is a CPA, and has a B.A. in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Colorado-Denver.
