Samir Khanal

Samir Khanal has extensive experience in equity research and investor relations within the real estate sector. Currently, Samir serves on the top-ranked Institutional Investor REIT team at Evercore since March 2014, focusing on publishing analyses for companies in retail, storage industrial, and manufactured housing sectors. Prior to Evercore, Samir held the position of Senior Director of Investor Relations at DDR Corp. from August 2011 to February 2014 and was part of the Real Estate Equity Research Group at Morgan Stanley from March 2009 to August 2011. Samir's career began as an Economist/Equity Analyst at FBR from 2003 to 2009. Samir holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from New York University.
