Cara Cioni

Cara Cioni currently serves as SVP, Head of HR Business Support at Everest since September 2024. Prior to this role, Cara held the position of Senior Vice President at Fortrea, overseeing HR Partnering, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Global Learning from May 2023 to September 2024. From July 2018 to May 2023, Cara worked as VP, Human Resources & Global Learning and Change Management at Labcorp. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director of HR Partnering for Covance's Global Clinical Development & Commercialization Services, and various HR leadership roles at Covance and The WorkPlace Group, where Cara advanced from a recruiter to leadership positions over several years.
