Scott Spencer

Scott Spencer is a seasoned executive in the insurance industry with extensive experience in operational risk management and loss prevention. Currently, Scott serves as the VP II Head of Operational Risk and VP of Everest Risk Consulting at Everest since July 2018, overseeing Commercial Loss Control, Premium Audit, and Client Services. Prior to Everest, Scott held the position of SVP Risk Management at PURE Group of Insurance Companies from March 2016 to February 2018 and spent over 30 years at Chubb Personal Insurance, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President, where Scott led a global team focused on loss prevention and operational efficiency. Throughout the career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in catastrophe management, underwriting, and commercial valuation, contributing to significant improvements in insurance performance and risk strategies. Scott earned a BBA in Real Estate from the SMU Cox School of Business between 1981 and 1985.
