Shawn Murphy

Shawn Murphy is currently the Director of Claims Fraud Management at Everest, a position they have held since 2024. Prior to this, Shawn spent nearly two decades at Travelers, advancing from SIU Manager to Director of Investigative Services and then to Director of Claim Product Management Investigative Services. Shawn began their career at Crawford & Company as an Investigator and later became the Midwest Region Manager for Investigations. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato, in 1996.
