Stephanie Edelstein is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in transactional real estate and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Claims Director for Private Equity & Transactional Liability at Everest Insurance since March 2024, Stephanie previously held positions at Saiber LLC, Grant, Herrmann, Schwartz & Klinger LLP, and Scarinci Hollenbeck, where expertise in managing complex real estate transactions and negotiating favorable terms for clients was demonstrated. Stephanie's career began at Chaves & Perlowitz LLP as a Senior Associate, where significant experience in closing lending transactions was gained. With a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from The George Washington University, Stephanie combines a strong legal background with in-depth knowledge of industry practices.
