The Position

We're on the lookout for a Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to our Head of Engineering. This role comes at a pivotal moment as we embark on an exciting transformation journey to build the One Everflow platform.

As a natural leader, you'll inspire and earn the respect of your colleagues across the organization. Your role will extend beyond technical prowess; you'll provide reassurance and outreach where needed, all while maintaining a keen focus on continuous improvement within our Product-led environment.  You will have a leadership element to your work.

Supporting the Head of Engineering and collaborating with other departments will be part of your role, showcasing your versatility and adaptability.

Passionate about software development, you'll apply SOLID principles and leverage the latest cloud enabling patterns. Moreover, you'll play a crucial role in mentoring and developing your team members, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be developing value-led software products across the full technology stack, working in an Agile setting.  You will be deploying into a microservices architecture using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with some Azure Cloud-native integration.

What We're Looking For

If you possess a track record of success as a Lead Software Engineer, or if you can demonstrate your readiness to transition from a Senior Software Engineer role to a leadership position, then you could be the ideal candidate for this opportunity.

From a technical point of view, we want you to be an expert in C# and .Net frameworks (including .Net Framework, .Net 8).  You should have experience with Blazor, MS SQL and Entity Framework.  We are also looking for someone with proven knowledge of Azure DevOps including management of CI/CD pipelines.
