Laura Saati is the current VP of Customer Success for the Retail Practice at Evergage. Laura has been in the customer success field for over 7 years and has held various positions at different companies.

Most recently, Laura was the Retail Practice Lead for Customer Success at Salesforce from August 2020 until September 2021. In this role, Laura was responsible for leading a team of customer success managers who work with Salesforce's retail clients. Laura was also responsible for developing and managing programs that help Salesforce's retail clients succeed.

Before their time at Salesforce, Laura was the Vice President of Customer Success at Evergage from March 2019 until August 2020. Laura took a Sabbatical during this time to serve as a caregiver for their elderly parent.

Prior to their time at Evergage, Laura spent a year as a caregiver for their elderly parent from June 2017 until April 2018.

Before their time as a caregiver, Laura was the Sr. Vice President of Client Services at Zeta Global from September 2014 to May 2017. In this role, Laura was responsible for leading a team of 40 account managers, strategists, analysts, and creatives who supported $62 million in annual revenue. Laura was also responsible for setting the tone and direction for service delivery and team culture integrations during a phase of accelerated growth, which included three corporate acquisitions within 24 months.
