Dan Ryan

Dan is responsible for all legal and compliance matters for Everledger. A commercial and technology lawyer with over 15 years of high-level advisory and transactional experience, he spent over a decade in Asia, both with leading international law firms (Baker & McKenzie, Freshfields, etc.) and in senior in-house legal roles. He has previously acted as general counsel to a variety of technology and resources companies.

Dan speaks and reads Mandarin Chinese and is a Board Member of the Australia-China Council, the peak independent advisory body to the Australian government on China matters.
