Phoenix Minster-Gottfried

Phoenix Minster-Gottfried has extensive experience in technical writing and customer service, currently serving as Lead Technical Writer at Bullhorn since June 2017, after progressing through several roles including Content Developer and Technical Support Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at Cigna from August 2015 to June 2017, and as a PCA at St. John's Mercy Medical Center from October 2007 to October 2010. Phoenix attended the University of Missouri - St. Louis from January 2013 to June 2015 and holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Saint Louis Community College, completed between 2008 and 2010.
