Darrin Wertz

Darrin Wertz is an experienced professional in the safety and compliance sectors with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Pipeline Safety Management and Quality Assurance and previously as the Director of Gas Construction and Manager of Gas Compliance and Risk Management at Eversource Energy since June 2015, Darrin has a strong background in promoting safety culture. Prior roles include Sr. Manager Safety Quality & Regulatory Compliance at NPL Construction Co. and Driver Manager at Blackhawk Transport and Logistics. Darrin began a career in safety management after serving in the US Navy as a Fire Controlman, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Safety from the University of Central Oklahoma.
