Adam Mahmud

Adam Mahmud, PMP, currently serves as the Program Manager for Day Support at ECHO, where responsibilities include ensuring operational and financial success for Day Support locations and leading a team that supports individuals with disabilities. Previously, Adam held the position of General Manager for Inclusive Solutions at ECHO, driving the establishment of a new line of business. Adam's extensive experience also includes roles as Project Manager at Strategic Resolution Experts, where leadership development solutions were delivered to clients such as FEMA and USDA, and Account Manager at Frontdoor, Inc., focusing on service plan growth in the Washington, DC metro area. Adam's career spans significant roles at Asurion, managing a $200M support program, and vice president and co-owner at Europa Stone Distributors. Adam began a professional journey in consulting and account management with notable firms such as PwC Consulting and AT&T, and holds an MBA in International Business from Virginia Tech and a BA in English from James Madison University.
