Elizabeth Barker

Elizabeth Barker, PMP, currently serves as Associate Director of Operational Performance at Evolent, leading enterprise-wide projects that enhance operational strategy through vendor implementation and process transformation. With prior experience as a Senior Project Manager in EPMO, Elizabeth has a strong background in streamlining healthcare processes and optimizing administrative services. Additionally, Elizabeth contributes to the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) as a Writer and Contributing Editor, focusing on topics relevant to healthcare finance leaders. Elizabeth's previous roles at the Alzheimer's Association® included project management in digital strategy and communication, enhancing constituent engagement through technology. Elizabeth holds an M.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University and a B.A. in English from Rhodes College.
