Kali Beyah

Chief People & Brand Officer at Evolent Health

Kali Beyah brings over 20 years’ experience as a talent strategist, trusted business partner, people leader and problem solver. Insider named Kali to its list of the Top 25 HR Innovators in 2022. She has been featured in HR Brew and quoted in publications such as AdAge and Worklife on workplace topics.

Most recently, Kali served as Global Chief Talent Officer at Huge (NYSE: IPG)—a global brand and design firm, based in Brooklyn, New York. At Huge, she was responsible for the HR/Talent function across the global organization, spanning five countries and including culture, recruiting, organizational development, DE&I and HR operations.

Before Huge, Kali served as Head of Talent for Delta Air Lines, leading end-to-end talent strategy and implementation for Delta's global workforce of 90,000 employees. She spent 10 years at Delta and previously served as the airline’s Assistant General Counsel and Director of Government Affairs. Prior to joining Delta, she was a litigation partner with Kilpatrick Stockton LLP, a global, full-service law firm. Kali was one of the first Black women elected partner at the firm.

In the community, Kali has served on the boards of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation and the International Women’s Forum-Georgia. She was named to the OnBoard Corporate Honor Roll and inducted into the YWCA’s Academy of Women Achievers. Kali was previously named to the Chief Talent & People Officer Council, part of the American Association of Advertising Agencies. She has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer and an Outstanding Atlantan.

Kali holds a Bachelor of Arts from Florida A&M University and a JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
