Dale H. has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Security Architect at 724 Solutions Inc., where they provided pre and post sales support and designed security architecture. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Security Software Developer at Research in Motion, where they developed in C++ and Java and integrated 3rd party certificate management infrastructure. From 2003 to 2010, they worked at Ontario Ministry of Agriculture & Food as a Software Developer, and then at Avvasi, Inc. as a Senior QA Engineer. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Exinda Networks as a QA Architect, and then at Cineplex Digital Media as a Senior Manager of DevOps and a Manager of Systems Integration. Finally, from 2021 to 2022, they worked at Clearpath Inc. as a DevOps Manager, and is currently a Director of DevOps at evolutionQ.

Dale H. attended the University of Waterloo from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Math in Computer Science.
