Alison Meadows

Alison Meadows is the Chief People Officer at Evolve. Alison has previously served as the Chief People Officer at Ibotta, Inc. and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Noodles & Company. Alison began their career as a Financial Analyst at General Mills.

Alison has dedicated their career to Human Resources and has been instrumental in leading supply chain activities, product sourcing, production, logistics, contract negotiations, and inventory management. Alison is also responsible for All Things People throughout 400+ restaurant and Central Support Office - leadership development, succession planning, legal compliance, employee relations, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, talent pipeline, and company culture.
