Gaetano Blanda

Gaetano Blanda is a seasoned executive in the chemical industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Coating Additives at Evonik since January 2008. Gaetano has held multiple leadership roles within Evonik, including Vice President of Adhesive Resins and Vice President for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining Evonik, Gaetano was the Business Director for Asia Pacific at Degussa from July 2006 to December 2007. Earlier career experiences include positions as Sales and Marketing Manager and Technical Manager at Goldschmidt Italia from July 2001 to June 2006. Gaetano holds an International Executive Program degree from INSEAD and a Marketing Master from St. Galler Business School, as well as a Post Doc in Chemistry from Max-Plank Institut.
