Arkadiusz Adamek is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and technology solutions. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Exadel since January 2024, Arkadiusz focuses on identifying growth opportunities in custom software and AI, and shaping partner engagement strategies. As a co-founder and Managing Director of Abyss Glass, Arkadiusz has driven the creation of interactive mirrors for numerous high-profile clients. Previous roles include Senior Business Development Manager at StorkJet, where Arkadiusz contributed to aviation efficiency solutions, and Business Development Manager at tajnyprojekt, specializing in custom multimedia installations.
