Sue Kaminski

VP, Account Management at Examity

Sue Kaminski is the Vice President of Client Success at Examity. Sue has over 20 years of experience in client services and account management.

Sue began their career in client services at National Retail Services in 2001. Sue quickly rose through the ranks and became the Vice President of Client Services in 2007. In this role, they were responsible for the overall project management, client satisfaction, and performance results for several of Match Converge’s key retail clients.

In 2015, Sue left National Retail Services to join EJ Caimen as the Vice President of Client Services. In this role, they were responsible for the client service organization with oversight of program execution and delivery of EJ Caimen shelf edge products and services.

In 2016, Sue joined Prometric as the Vice President of Client Success. In this role, they were responsible for global client success operation to ensure client programs are executed flawlessly in order to maintain client satisfaction and retention.

Sue joined Examity in 2020 as the VP, Account Management. In this role, they are responsible for Examity’s overall client success, including working with clients to ensure their programs are executed flawlessly and maintaining client satisfaction.

Sue Kaminski received their degree in hotel management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

They are on a team with Randy Grosberg - VP, Sales, Nicholas Malone - CFO, and Rachel Schoenig - Chief Science Officer. Sue Kaminski reports to Jim Holm, CEO.
