Holly Vandeyacht

Holly VanDeYacht currently serves as the Director of the Business Transformation Office at FTI, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Holly accumulated over 15 years of experience at Oshkosh Defense, progressing through various positions including Sr Program/Product Manager, Program Manager, and Project Manager, among others. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Marketing Intern at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Career Services, Proctor at the Reading Study Center, and Budget Manager and Promotion Director for the Speaker Series at the university. Holly began the professional journey during an internship as a Business Analyst at Thrivent Financial. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Economics from the same institution.
