Thomas Heaton, MHA, currently serves as the Manager of Clinical Operations Data Reporting at Excellus BCBS, where responsibilities include managing the Data and Reporting team to ensure compliance and analyze productivity data for clinical staff and providers. Previous roles at Excellus BCBS involved program management of Behavioral Health Programs, leading analytic solutions development, and providing expert statistical analysis in health informatics.
