Rafael Polendo

Rafael Polendo is the Creative Director at ExchangeRight. Rafael was previously with JRW Investments and Quoir Publishing. From March 2012 to July 2016, they were with Taco Bell as their UX Manager/Web Producer. There, they were responsible for managing the company's intranet portal environment, leading the design and implementation of new features and enhancements, and ensuring visual consistency with external communication channels. Rafael also managed graphic designers within the internal communications team.

Rafael Polendo reports to Joshua Ungerecht, Managing Partner. A direct report to Rafael Polendo is and Rebecca Carney - Bulk Email Coordinator. They work with Vance Lanoy - Systems Administrator, Kat Ju - Real Estate Contract Admin, and Peter Farley - IT Support.
