Randy Phillips

Randy Phillips is the retired Director of Land Administration at EXCO Resources, Inc., where they managed Lease Records, Division Orders, Royalty Relations, and Contracts since April 2002. Prior to joining EXCO, they spent 20 years at Mobil Oil Corporation in various technical and management roles. Randy holds a B.S. in Personnel Administration and an M.S. in Environmental Planning from Texas Tech University, as well as certifications in recruiting, team building, project management, and re-engineering. They are also a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen and the National Association of Division Order Analysts.
