Karen Douglas

Karen Douglas currently serves as the Manager of IT Talent at Exelon since November 2022. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Senior Account Manager at PECO, an Exelon Company, from June 2020 to November 2022. From March 2017 to June 2020, Karen was the Associate Director of Corporate Engagement at Year Up Greater Philadelphia, an organization dedicated to closing the Opportunity Divide for urban young adults. Earlier in Karen's career, from February 2002 to December 2013, Karen was the Vice President of Sales at Global Events Partners. Karen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from New York University between 1997 and 2001.
