Sydney Harkrider

Sydney Harkrider is an international development professional specializing in project management and disability inclusion planning for USAID-funded programs totaling $113 million. They served as a Kids Online Instructor at EF Education First, where they taught English to Chinese students while managing classroom behavior. Currently, Sydney works as a Senior Analyst in Legal Compliance and Ethics at Exelon and has previously held positions at DAI and the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration. Sydney earned a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Stephen F. Austin State University.
