Phillip Hague has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Phillip began their career in 1988 with the Royal Navy as a Leading Physical Training Instructor, where they played a crucial role in improving the health and wellbeing of RN personnel through fitness classes, tests, and sports events. After six years, they joined City College Plymouth in 1994 as a Section Leader for Sports Management, where they excelled for almost two decades. In 2011, they took on the role of Director of Operations at Wild Training Unlimited, specializing in leadership training and team building. Currently, they serve as a Programme Leader and Lecturer for Leadership, Management, and HR at Exeter College, a position they have held since 2016. Throughout their career, Phillip has demonstrated strong leadership skills, collaborated well with others, and made significant contributions to improving the performance and wellbeing of individuals and organizations.
Phillip Hague obtained a Foundation degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Plymouth. Phillip attended the university from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this, they also earned a Certificate in Education with a focus on Teaching and Learning from the same institution. Phillip completed this program from 1993 to 1995.
