Shreyas Parulekar

Shreyas Parulekar is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Manager IR at Exide Industries Limited since October 2025, Shreyas previously worked at Unilever from July 2021 to October 2025, fulfilling the roles of Senior HR Executive and Human Resources Executive, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, payroll administration, and capability development initiatives. Shreyas successfully contributed to achieving an early long-term settlement for workmen, acted as the single point of contact for a digitization project, and facilitated upskilling for over 60 blue-collar employees.
