Filbert Nghiem

Filbert Nghiem is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in technical recruitment and coaching. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Exiger since September 2024, Filbert previously held roles as a Technical Recruiter and Business Manager at SearchLabs, where the focus was on simplifying hiring processes. Notably recognized as the 2022 Rookie of the Year at Motion Recruitment, Filbert has also contributed as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Account Manager. In addition to recruitment, Filbert has an extensive background in tennis coaching, acting as an Assistant Tennis Coach at the University of Waterloo and as a Tennis Player/Coach Affiliate at Yonex. Filbert's earlier positions include Education Specialist roles with HWDSB and Halton District School Board, alongside experience in business development and life skills support. Filbert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a diploma in Social Service Work from Conestoga College.
