Kathryn Adamson

Kathryn Adamson, PhD, currently serves as a Client Partner in Sales for Data, Analytics & AI at EXL, a position held since July 2016, focusing on transforming how companies manage and utilize data. Prior experience includes a role in Sales at Datasource Consulting before its acquisition by EXL, and as Principal Partner at Symbiotika Leadership, LLC, where strategic organizational plans were developed for clients. Kathryn also contributed to academia as an Affiliate Faculty Professor at Colorado Christian University and an Adjunct Faculty Professor at Saint Leo University, teaching courses in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources. Earlier in career, positions included State and Local Field Account Executive at CDW-G, Young Adult/College Pastor at Southwest Community Church, and Office Manager at a State Farm agency. Kathryn holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Development from Regent University, along with a Master of Divinity and a Bachelor of Arts in Preaching and Theology.
